Below are well established, active, local and national organizations with whom we often coordinate. There is a wealth of information on their websites - please check them out for activities of interest to you!

ed4d.org:Engaged Defenders For Democracy. This is an NC grassroots organization focused on nonviolent activism to protect democratic principles. They organize many events (often in Durham) and are kind enough to include Concerned Carolinians without charge under their mobilize.us listing.

‍PerSisters of Hillsborough: A local organization that focuses on progressive political activism and community support. We collaborate frequently with the PerSisters. Contact the group through PORCH: porchcommunities.org. They do not have a website.

writersfordemocraticaction.org: An international group dedicated to preserving democracy and resisting Trump’s agenda. We often co-sponsor events with the local Hillsborough chapter.

Indivisible.org: National organization devoted to the restoration of American democracy. Many local organizations and great ideas on website.
